This costume comes officially licensed from the horror movie series, Hellraiser. The costume starts with a simple black dress, which has printed details on the front to recreate the gruesome look of Pinhead's outfit. It fits with a zipper along the back, so you can transform into the iconic character in an instant. Of course, you need a head full of pins (fake ones) to become the true leader of the Cenobites. This costume comes with tons of them! The plastic pins have a metallic paint job and are designed to fit into the included mask, which is made out of molded latex. The mask has holes and 3D guides to help you get the Pinhead look perfect. When you have it all on, you'll be ready to lead the Cenobites (and hopefully give some of them a break).
