The belt that's included is a faux leather belt with an antique brass tone metal buckle. Any pouch or dangling accessory you're seeing isn't part of the costume set, which includes the jacket, shirt, pants, hat, scarf, belt, and sash, and those pieces aren't available separately.(AI Generated Answer)
