The fabric is a stretchy polyester-spandex blend on both the top and pants, so it has a nice give to it rather than feeling stiff. At 34C and 120 lbs, your chest measurement likely lands right around the Medium's 34.5" chest, and the pants waist on a Medium stretches from 26" to 35.5", which should accommodate your curves well.
