Q: Is the LENGTH 29 1/2 inches or the width? The description says it is “Full Umbrella Length 29 1/2"”, but the answer the the last question says it opens up to 29 1/2”? I am just making sure the length is accurate and is not the width of the top part of the parasol. 😉
