Timeline Science & Discoveries Card Game
Eureka! I’ve Got It
Just think about all of the important discoveries that the world has made over the years! There are great geographical discoveries. We’ve all heard about 1492 when Columbus sailed the ocean blue and we all know about the landing of the Mayflower. But there are also the great medical advancements, like the discovery of modern anatomy and blood circulation. There were great mathematical advancements, like the development of fractions and the Pythagorean theory! What about the discovery of Universal Gravitation by Sir Isaac Newton? Here’s the real question. Do you know which order all of those occur in?
That’s the task asked of you in the Timeline: Discoveries. The game comes with a storage tin and 110 cards. Each card has illustrations depicting important scientific and geographical discoveries through the course of human history. The gameplay is quite simple. You take turns playing the cards from your hand, attempting to correctly place them in the chronological order in which they were discovered. Get it right and you get one card closer to victory. Get it wrong and you have to draw a new card. The first person to empty their hand wins the game (and bragging rights).
