Questions & Answers
Q: Will this be huge on a 45inch 40lb 5 year old? He desperately wants to be a squid and I am having trouble finding something for him! (1 Answer)

Monster Responds...
Your son's 45-inch height is right at the length of this costume, so it should fit him well rather than swamp him. His chest measurement is the key number here, and at 40 lbs he's likely well under the 29-inch chest this is sized for, so the tunic may be a bit roomy in the body. The elastic bands on the side tentacles will adjust to his forearms, which helps pull the look together. Comparing his actual chest measurement to that 29-inch size will give you the clearest picture of the fit.(AI Generated Answer)
