Those measurements are correct. The Small has a 14-inch inseam and the Medium has a 14.5-inch inseam. Keep in mind that the inseam on a jumpsuit is measured from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg, so pairing it with the torso measurement gives you the fullest picture of the overall length.
